At Orientica Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the delicate glass bottle is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
